Why Not Turn to Green Tea Weight Loss to Boost Your Metabolism
Green tea has been well known for its vast health benefits, but green tea weight loss is another health aspect that is overlooked.
People in Japan and China drink tea much like Americans drink coffee. The only difference is that drinking coffee can increase your blood pressure, and lead to atherosclerosis. I will frequently recommend to my patients, that if you want to break the coffee habit, the quickest way to do so is to switch over to green tea. Tea has been used my eastern monks to increase their focus and concentration during meditation, and in today’s society, it would be of great physical and mental benefit to change our habits of drinking coffee and alcohol and switch over to a better lifestyle using such products such as green tea.
